PITTSBURGH (Newsradio 1020 KDKA) - Six people were shot in four separate shooting around the area overnight. Three were in Pittsburgh and one in Beaver Falls.
Three people were taken to hospitals in critical condition late last night following a shooting in Beaver Falls.
Shots were fired on 7th Avenue and 14th Street near Franklin Towers around 11:45 p.m.
Two victims were flown to hospitals and a third person was transported by ambulance. No word on the shooter yet.
In Pittsburgh, a man was in critical condition, shot in the neck around 8:20 p.m. in the 800 block of Farragut Street in Highland Park.
Another man in critical condition, shot in the chest about 6:30 p.m. in the 7000 Block of Bennett Street in Homewood. Police detained one person.
In the third shooting, police made an arrest following the incident around 5:30 p.m. in the 1600 block of Lincoln Avenue.
The victim was taken to a hospital in a private vehicle. No word on that's person's condition.
