Windy Conditions Cause Power Outages Across Pittsburgh Area

PITTSBURGH (Newsradio 1020 KDKA) – While the warmer temperatures were noticed on Wednesday, so was the wind. 

Duquesne Light reports that additional crews were called in, and have already restored power to 5,000 customers.

The outages are impacting customers across the area, from downtown Pittsburgh to Whitehall, Penn Hills to Moon Township.

They continue to work on the areas still impacted by the outages.
