PITTSBURGH (Newsradio 1020 KDKA) The Allegheny County Health Department has announced an additional 74 new cases of coronavirus in the past 24 hours; 72 confirmed and two probable.
The 74 new cases come from 1,381 test results.
Since the beginning of the pandemic, Allegheny County has seen 9,145 cases of COVID-19.
The Health Department also confirmed an additional 21 new hospitalizations, bringing the total to 798 past or present.
Four new deaths were also confirmed from COVID-19, the death toll in Allegheny County now sits at 288.
Of the 74 new cases, the age breakdown is as follows:
0-4: 2 cases
5-12: 3 cases
13-18: 6 cases
19-24: 8 cases
25-49: 24 cases
50-65: 20 cases
65+: 11 cases
