PITTSBURGH (Newsradio 1020 KDKA) The Allegheny County Health Department is reporting an additional 138 new cases of COVID-19 from 1,895 tests.
The Health Department is also reporting a new death and hospitalization in the past 24 hours.
The new additions bring the total number of cases since the beginning of the outbreak to 6,263, including 193 probable cases.
The ages, as well as the percentage of cases represented, of those in the county with COVID-19 are listed below.
00-04 – 74 (1%)05-12 – 103 (2%)13-18 – 208 (3%)19-24 – 1,075 (17%)25-49 – 2,591 (41%)50-64 – 1,159 (19%)65 + -- 1,053 (17%)
With the new death recorded today, the total rises to 208 within Allegheny County.
A new reported hospitalization brings the total to 508 past or present.
