PITTSBURGH (Newsradio 1020 KDKA) - The 14th gun of the year was stopped by TSA security Thursday at Pittsburgh International Airport.
The East Liverpool, Ohio man was stopped at the checkpoint with a .38 caliber gun loaded with two bullets.
TSA agents contacted Allegheny County Police who questioned the man and then allowed him to catch his flight.
34 guns were stopped in 2018 and 32 in 2017.
Those who bring guns to a TSA checkpoint, event with concealed firearm permit are subject to possible charges or fines.
