
PITTSBURGH (Newsradio 1020 KDKA) - A consumer alert has been issued for a Bellevue Chinese restaurant.
The Allegheny Health Department posted the alert for Dragon Town on January 18.
They say an inspection of the restaurant found unsafe cooling of foods and cold holding temperatures as well as risk of cross-contamination and utensils and food-contact surfaces not being properly cleaned or sanitized.
The health department also says there was eating and even smoking present in the kitchen.
A certified Food Protection Manager was also not of staff.
