PITTSBURGH (Newsradio 1020 KDKA) - A feral cat has tested positive for rabies in Allegheny County.

The Allegheny County Health department says the cat was found near the intersection of Campbell Drive and Fidelity Drive in Baldwin Borough.

The cat is the 23rd rabid animal reported in the county so far in 2019.

There have been 16 raccoons, five bats and two cats.

The Health Department reminds people to stay away from any stray or wild animal to avoid exposure to rabies.
