PITTSBURGH (Newsradio 1020 KDKA) - A child luring case reported Monday evening in Hopewell has been proven to be unfounded.
Hopewell police say a child walking his dog told them he was approached by a black male in his mid-40s in a white BMW with a bumper sticker on the back that said “I love the Patriots”. The child claimed the man drove off after the dog approached the car.
Police said on Facebook Wednesday in an update “The child luring case being investigated has been determined to be unfounded.”
