PITTSBURGH (Newsradio 1020 KDKA) - The Smallman Galley in the Strip District has been hit with a consumer alert.
The Allegheny Health Department issuing the warning after an inspection Wednesday, reporting mouse droppings in storage and kitchen areas.
The popular restaurant incubator has four restaurants currently, Ba-Co, Home, Mangiamo and Sultry.
Two of them, Saltry and Home, were cited for food cooling and holding temperatures and improper hand-washing. Also foods were not protected from cross-contamination.
