PITTSBURGH (Newsradio 1020 KDKA) - Earlier in June, a tip came to the Allegheny County Health Department alleging the chance of falsification of plumbing inspections that had been performed in the county.
So after working with the Allegheny County Police, detectives who were investigating surveillance and records of the accounts were able to bring forth criminal charges against 57-year-old Michael Kevin O'Toole and 53-year-old Timothy R. Chelosky.
O'Toole has been charged with 11 felony counts of tampering with public records or information.
And Chelosky was charged with four counts of tampering.
Both men have been arrested and were transported to the Allegheny County Jail as they wait for their arraignment.
