PITTSBURGH (Newsradio 1020 KDKA) - Another restaurant in the Pittsburgh area is closing temporarily because of a coronavirus case.

DiAnoias Eatery in the Strip District says an employee tested positive for COVID-19.

The restaurant posted the follwing notice to customers on their website:

"Our community, our staff, and our DiAnoia's Eatery family have always been at the forefront of everything we do. Today, we received the unfortunate news that one of our teammates has tested positive for Covid-19. We feel that it's our responsibility to you and our team, to temporarily close while we fully sanitize, deep clean, and have our entire staff tested.

Our community is everything to us and we will continue to go to great lengths to keep everyone safe and healthy. Thank you for all of your love and support during this time. We are looking forward to having you all back and to feed you as soon as possible."

This week two other local businesses closed temporarily due to COVID-19 infections - Caliente Pizza and Drafthouse in Mt. Lebanon and Shop 'n Save in Penn Hills.

In late June, Mad Mex in Monroeville and North Park Lounge in McCandless both closed due to positive COVID-19 cases among employees.
