Every fourth Thursday in April is Take Our Daughters and Sons to Work Day. Entercom Pittsburgh once again participated in the annual event showing our young ones how the radio business works!
After a nice breakfast the kids discussed what they think their parents do at Entercom as well as what they like to listen to on the radio and what they want to be when they grow up. (Listen above)
The children also took a tour the promotions area where they won some great prizes. They then took some time out to learn a how commercials are sold and then visited the sister station Y108’s Maria who was live on air before an awesome pizza lunch!
The kids wrapped up the day at Entercom with a tour of the Bower Nissan radio theater and working alongside their parents . . . or took time for a little nap!
