PITTSBURGH (Newsradio 1020 KDKA) - Nine jurors have been selected in Dauphin County for the trial of Michael Rosfeld.
The panel is made up of four white women, two white men, two black woman and one black man.
One of the juors is a black woman who currently dating a retired PA State Trooper. Another is a daughter of a police officer.
Rosfeld is accused of committing criminal homicide for the shooting death of 17-year-old Antwon Rose.

A judge ordered jurors be selected from outside Allegheny County due to extensive media coverage following Rose’s last year.
Defense attorney Blaine Jones, who is not connected to the case, talked about the selection process with Lynne Hayes-Freeland on KDKA Radio:
“Of course number one you’re trying to pick jurors that you feel will be favorable to your client and your case but also and maybe even just as important is that you’re looking for fair and impartial jurors,” said Jones.
Jones adds Rosfeld will also be under the microscope by potential jurors during this week's proceedings:
“They’re watching every move you make from the moment (you) walk in to how you react, how you stand, how you sit, everything you do,” said Jones
Rose was shot and killed while fleeing a traffic stop last June.
