PITTSBURGH (Newsradio 1020 KDKA) - A unique movie-going experience is coming to the United States and Pittsburgh.
Beyond Cinema is bringing a “Floating Cinema” to Pittsburgh this September for one week only.
Beginning September 16, 12 to 24 mini boat, holding up to eight people per boat will be floating in a local waterway.
You will be required to purchase the whole boat to promote social distancing and ensure that you are only with friends and family.
According to a release, the movies will be “a mix of golden oldies and new releases but will be announced when tickets go on sale.”
Free popcorn will be provided for everyone and other drinks and snacks will be available to purchase before you get on your boat.
