PITTSBURGH (Newsradio 1020 KDKA) - A police officer who resigned his position last week now faces criminal charges on allegations he inappropriately communicated with minor females.
29-year-old Cory Hurka worked for Collier Township.
Allegheny county police started the investigation in early October.
They have interviewed two girls and reviewed social media.
Collier Township suspended Hurka in October.
Hurka is charged with two counts of Unlawful Contact with a Minor, two counts of Criminal Solicitation and two counts of Corruption of Minors
