(Newsradio 1020 KDKA) - Former Pennsylvania Attorney General Kathleen Kane has been released from jail after serving nearly eight months for leaking grand jury material and lying about it.
A warden in Montgomery County says Kane shaved about two months off her minimum sentence by serving her time without any problems.
The 53-year-old Democrat was sentenced to 10-to-23 months for perjury, obstruction and other crimes.
