PITTSBURGH (Newsradio 1020 KDKA) – Greensburg police are asking for your help locating a man and a woman who have been reported missing in Westmoreland County.
Police say 29-year-old Amanda Caldwell didn't show up for work Thursday at Senior Life in Greensburg.
30-year-old Joseph Zyvith, an acquaintance of Caldwell’s, is also missing.
Greensburg police Captain Robert Stafford tells KDKA Radio it is believed they met the night before on a first date.
“It seems like 12:30 in the morning is the last time either of them were heard from. I guess she had SnapChatted somebody and he called off work around that same time,” said Captain Stafford
Police say Zyvith works at General Carbide in Greensburg.
Police found Zyvith's vehicle behind Caldwell's home on South Maple Avenue. Stafford says it had a small amount of blood inside, no word if it’s human.
Her red 2010 Mitsubishi Lancer is gone.
Anyone with information is asked to call Greensburg Police at 724-834-3800.
