
PITTSBURGH (Newsradio 1020 KDKA) - The jury for former East Pittsburgh Police Officer Michael Rosfeld's homicide case will be selected over 200 miles away from the area.
The state Supreme Court announced Tuesday morning the jurors will be selected in Dauphin County.
Last week, Allegheny County Common Pleas Judge Alexander Bicket ordered jury selection be held elsewhere citing local media coverage that could influence jurors.
Rosfeld is on trial for the fatal shooting of unarmed 17-year-old Antwon Rose during a June traffic stop.Harrisburg and Hershey are located in Dauphin County.
