PITTSBURGH (Newsradio 1020 KDKA) - Four counties in southwestern PA are pushing back on the phase red restrictions.
Leaders in Greene, Fayette, Washington and Butler counties sent letters to Governor Tom Wolf asking why they are not moving to phase yellow on Friday with other counties that have low numbers of COVID-19 cases.
The counties are also threatening legal action. Washington County Commissioners have already voted to file a lawsuit.
