(Newsradio 1020 KDKA) - A man wanted for a murder in West Virginia and an attempted homicide in Washington County is in custody.
U-S Marshals took 38-year-old Brian Lyons into custody early Tuesday morning at the Budget Inn on Finley Road in Belle Vernon after an overnight manhunt.
He is suspected of shooting two people in Marion County, West Virginia, killing one and stealing their vehicle.
Lyons is also charged in an attempted homicide in Monongahela. He was arraigned Tuesday.
