
PITTSBURGH (Newsradio 1020 KDKA) - Greater Pittsburgh Community Food Bank is hosting a distribution event at Pittsburgh International Airport Wednesday.
The food bank says it can serve 1,000 cars between 1 and 3 p.m.
The food bank is also planning to deliver more groceries to people in need.
The Door Step Delivery program serves people who cannot get to a distribution or pantry.

Also, Grab and Go lunches being distributed in Oakland Wednesday afternoon.
Anyone can pick up a meal at Friendship Community Church on Robinson Street from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. or until food runs out.
