
PITTSBURGH (Newsradio 1020 KDKA) - The body of a man found floating in the water near Point State Park on Wednesday morning has been identified.
The Allegheny County Medical Examiner’s Office said that 27-year-old Brian Foster Greenhow from Munhall died from drowning.
On Wednesday morning around 8:45 a.m, a park ranger alerted authorities when he spotted a body in the water.
Pittsburgh Bureau of EMS River Rescue responded and found Greenhow near the Confluence of the Point.
He was pronounced dead at the scene just before 9 a.m.
Police are still investigating Greenhow's death. No further information has been released at this time.
