PITTSBURGH (Newsradio 1020 KDKA) – The Fifth Judicial District of Pennsylvania has declared a judicial emergency.
The judicial emergency will impact every decision of the court. According to a press release, this will include:
-Suspension of jury trials in the civil division-Restriction of general motions and housing court motions-Rescheduling of arbitration and Board of Viewers hearings-Postponement of all cases in the magisterial district courts-Stays on execution of orders for eviction or possession of residential properties
