PITTSBURGH (NewsRadio 1020 KDKA) — Kennywood Park will celebrate Labor Day Weekend by hosting its Coasting for Kids event on Sunday.
Participates in Coasting for Kids will be allowed into the park early for bonus ride time as a thank you for helping to raise more than $37,000 for Give Kids The World Village, a non-profit resort in Florida that provides weeklong, cost-free vacations to critically ill children and their families.
The money raised marks the largest total ever in the 10-year history of Coasting for Kids.
