North Allegheny Middle & Elementary School Closed On Monday

PITTSBURGH (Newsradio 1020 KDKA) - Two North Allegheny School District schools are closed on Monday, January 6th.

The North Allegheny School District said that Marshall Middle and Marshall Elementary are closed due to a power outage. 

The two schools were originally on a two hour delay, but it was updated to a closing around 8:30 a.m on Monday morning. 

The school district made the announcement on its website and on social media.

Due to the ongoing power outage at Marshall Middle and Marshall Elementary, both schools will be CLOSED today, Monday, January 6, 2020.

The school district said that their power company is working to restore power. 

All other schools in the North Allegheny School District are operating on a normal schedule.
