PITTSBURGH (Newsradio 1020 KDKA) -- Penn State University has placed a second fraternity on interim suspension.
The University's website states that the Phi Rho Chapter of Delta Kappa Epsilon is being investigated for allegations of serious misconduct.
The fraternity allegedly hosted a social event on January 30th that was not registered with the university. The university says that event potentially endangered students and other serious accusations.
An interim suspension of Alpha Epsilon Pi was also issued in January for allegations of sexual assault.
