Beaver County (Newsradio 1020 KDKA) - Police have located the body of a 10-year-old boy who fell in the Ohio River.
The boy went missing on Monday between the Ambridge Sewage Treatment Plant and the Leetsdale Boat Ramp at the Ohio River.
According to the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, the boy was biking with a group of children along the river. He went to retrieve a shoe, and fell into a drop-off near a sandbar.
On Wednesday, police from Philadelphia brought in special equipment to help with the search and recovery mission.
The Pittsburgh Post-Gazette reports the body was identified on Wednesday based on clothing description and photographs.
