PITTSBURGH (Newsradio 1020 KDKA) – Pittsburgh Police are asking for the public's help in identifying two individuals involved in vandalizing the Law Enforcement Officers Memorial on the North Shore on Thursday, July 30th.
Before 9 p.m. on July 30th, the female removed a wreath from the memorial and threw it on the ground.
The male then stuffed the wreath into a garbage can.
