PITTSBURGH (Newsradio 1020 KDKA) – The Robinson Township location of Walnut Grill, located in Settler’s Ridge, opened on Wednesday for takeout and delivery services.

The restaurant had temporarily closed due to COVID-19 pandemic, and to “conserve vital resources,” according to a press release.

“With the sudden onset several weeks ago of COVID-19, Walnut Grill consolidated operations at our Robinson and Bridgeville locations.  Doing so allowed us to serve both communities and provided Walnut Grill team members more opportunity”, said Kirk Vogel, President, Walnut Grill Holdings.  “As we further navigate through the COVID-19 environment, we feel that it is a good time to turn the lights back on at the Robinson location and prepare for the return of our guests to enjoy the Walnut Grill dining experience.”

The Walnut Grill Robinson location joins the three other locations – Bridgeville, Fox Chapel, and Wexford – in offering customers the full menu for takeout and delivery services from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m., daily.
