PITTSBURGH (Newsradio 1020 KDKA) - The Pittsburgh area’s first Monday free from a stay-at-home order saw a lot of people staying home.

Some things are coming back, like downtown parking meter enforcement beginning Wednesday.

But rush hour traffic is still light as many are still working from home.

Governor Tom Wolf says that the message he’s heard.

“Some things are different now that the Southwest is in the yellow phase but so many, many things haven’t changed because people are still looking to feel confident,” said Wolf.

Wolf adds that he spoke with County Executive Rich Fitzgerald on Monday.

Allegheny County has now gone two days without a coronavirus death but experts warn it could take two weeks for loosened restrictions to show up in the virus count.
