STATE COLLEGE, Pa. (Newsradio 1020 KDKA) - Penn State's Football program is under scrutiny again, after a new lawsuit is filed in federal court accusing Coach James Franklin and members of the team were involved in hazing a younger player on the team.
Philadelphia Attorney Steven Marino, a Penn State grad, tells Lynne Hayes-Freeland his client left the University and the team after reporting the incidents to higher ups and not getting any responses.
