PITTSBURGH (Newsradio 1020 KDKA) - The City of Pittsburgh is resuming parking enforcement.
Officers are citing and towing vehicles blocking fire hydrants, wheel chair access ramps and intersections of travel lanes.
Parking meter enforcement is still suspended.
