A fundraiser is underway for one of the people that died in last week’s five-vehicle accident on Route 65.
A GoFundMe for Danielle “Dani” Jackman’s family to help pay for her funeral expenses is underway.
“Her sudden loss has left her family and friends heartbroken, and they are now facing the difficult task of arranging her funeral and saying their final goodbyes,” the GoFundMe reads.
Dani worked part-time at Smitty’s bar and restaurant in McKeesport and was also a DUI and AOD counselor.
In addition to the GoFundMe, Smitty’s is holding a celebration of life and balloon release this Friday.
Donations will be accepted that will go directly to the family during the celebration at Smitty’s.
