HARAMR Twp., Pa. (NewsRadio 1020 KDKA) — More information on the man accused of robbing the Meadows Off Track Betting Facility in Harmar Township last month.
On the morning of November 25, Allegheny County Police say a man barricaded an employee in a room while she was opening the business.
The victim says he also stole her car, a dark grey 2005 Ford Escape S-U-V with a Slippery Rock stickers on the windshield and rear window.
