PITTSBURGH (Newsradio 1020 KDKA) - Police have arrested the man wanted in the purse snatching of an 84-year-old woman in Scott Township.
Scott Police took 22-year-old Matthew Klein Jr into custody Sunday night in connection with the May 7 purse snatching at Raceway Place/
Klein was arrested on an outstanding Allegheny County probation warrant and was also charged for the purse snatching incident.
He was transported to Allegheny County Jail.
Scott Police thanked their Facebook followers for the information they received which ultimately led to the arrest.
