PITTSBURGH (Newsradio 1020 KDKA) - A 15-year-old girl is missing from Lower Burrell.
Joslyn Rankin was last seen around 9 p.m. Tuesday. Joslyn is African-American, about 5-feet tall and weighs 95 pounds.
She has brown eyes and black hair in two puffy pig tails. She has ties to Braddock, Wilmerding and Penn Hills.
Anyone who sees Joslyn or knows of her whereabouts should call Lower Burrell Police.
