PITTSBURGH (Newsradio 1020 KDKA) - Police are looking for a man accused in the fatal stabbing of his girlfriend Sunday night in Pitcairn.
59-year-old Derrick Avant is charged with criminal homicide in the death of 55-year-old Alison Fritzius.
Police called to the 800 block of Broadway Boulevard found the woman had been stabbed in the chest.
She was taken to a hospital and died there a short time later.
Avant is 5-9 and weighs 140 pounds.
