PITTSBURGH (NewsRadio 1020 KDKA) — AccuWeather is forecasing dangerous thunderstorms may hit the Pittsburgh area on Thursday, bringing flash flooding, large hail, and damaging winds.
The National Weather Service reports that the dangerous conditions are likely to arrive in the late afternoon-to-evening hours, with the warning of tornadoes touching down as a cold front appropriates the area.
The severe weather potential continues today as a cold front approaches late this afternoon/early this evening. Please remain weather aware!
