(Newsradio 1020 KDKA) - Shots were fired at a police officer Tuesday night in New Kensington.
It happened in the area of Kenneth Avenue and Constitution Boulevard.
An undercover officer spotted what might have been a wanted person, approached the individual and that person responded with gunfire.
The officer was not injured and did not fire back.
The search for the shooter continues.
