PITTSBURGH (Newsradio 1020 KDKA) - Two of Garth Brooks’ biggest fans joined KDKA Radio on Friday morning to explain what makes his concerts so special.

“Every concert is a different experience,” said Jim DeMarco of New Jersey.

Jim will be at Heinz Field on Saturday and it will be his 157th time seeing Garth live.

He will accompanied by his team of Garth-a-holics, the G Family. All of the members of the G Family met each other by attending Garth Brooks Concerts.

“He does what they call housekeeping at the end, where people hold up signs and he takes requests. So even in a 77,000 seat stadium, you still feel like your connected to him in a living room setting,” Jim adds.

Another mamber of the G Family, Bubba Strauss from Cleveland, will also be there. This will be his 59th time seeing Garth live.

“It’s a concert like no other. It’s the energy that he brings,” Bubba tells KDKA Radio.
