
YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (NewsRadio 1020 KDKA) — The man accused of fatally stabbing an 8-year-old boy in New Castle after a domestic dispute with the boy's mother will be transported back to Pennsylvania Thursday.
43-year-old Keith Burley waived extradition at a hearing in Youngstown, Ohio where he was arrested Tuesday.
Burley faces several felony charges in the death of 8-year-old Mark Mason, including homicide and kidnapping. He was paroled in March after serving nearly 20 years for homicide.
