BRADDOCK, Pa. (Newsradio 1020 KDKA) - Police responded to reports of a shooting in the 500 block of Talbot Avenue in Braddock around 1:30 p.m. Thursday.
A man who had been shot in the ankle was taken to a hospital.
Witnesses told police they saw the perpetrator run into an apartment building.
SWAT responded, and the suspect surrendered to officers just after 3:30.
A Motive is unknown.
