PITTSBURGH (Newsradio 1020 KDKA) - President Donald Trump will tour the Shell Cracker Plant in Beaver County on Tuesday.
He will be joined the United States Secretary of Energy, Rick Perry.
The plant, which is currently under construction, has some individuals worried, claiming it will release pollutants and other toxins in to the air.
"I don't think folks in Pennsylvania and this region, the entire Appalachian Region, need to worry about anything; they need to be celebrating the jobs that are going to get created, the quality of life that's going to change here," Perry said, during an interview with KDKA Radio on Tuesday.
Once the construction is complete, more than 500 jobs will be created.
