WILKINSBURG (NewsRadio 1020 KDKA) — Video has been released of two suspects in a fatal shooting that injured a 5-year-old.
23-year-old Kevin Hall was killed February 3rd near Laketon Road and Winton Street in Wilkinsburg while walking with the child, who he pulled out of the way.
