PITTSBURGH (Newsradio 1020 KDKA) - Viral video of an arrest in Penn Hills has spurred a review of police conduct by local Police and the state Attorney General's office.
Three clips show Penn Hills officers and agents with the A-G's office using physical force, a Taser and a K-9 officer to arrest 21-year-old Rayquane Jamal Bowles-Wilds following a traffic stop Thursday evening on Chaske Street.
Body and dash cams also captured footage. Bowles-Wilds is accused of resisting arrest and attacking the K-9.
