PITTSBURGH (Newsradio 1020 KDKA) – For the fourth day this weeks, Allegheny County is reporting zero COVID-19 deaths.
The Allegheny County Health Department confirms 19 new confirmed or probable cases of coronavirus in the area Thursday, four less compared to Thursday.
This daily update brings the total number of cases in Allegheny County to 1,870
That includes 1,758 confirmed cases with 112 probable.
The number of deaths in Allegheny County remains unchanged at 151.
140 deaths are confirmed with 11 of them probable.
All deaths range in age from 42-103 with 85 being the median age.
There have been 336 past or present hospitalizations since the first confirmed case of COVID-19 in the county on March 14, five more compared to Thursday.
28,956 people have tested negative for COVID-19 according to the PA Department of Health

The Pennsylvania State Health Department is determining a "recovered" case as a case that has not been reported as a death, and it is more than 30 days past the date of their first positive test (or onset of symptoms) then an individual is considered recovered.
