Wendy Bell Is Not A Fan Of Uber's Quiet Ride Option

Uber is now offering a comfort ride tier that would allow users to select a quiet option so they don't have to have a conversation with their driver. Is that a good thing or a bad thing?  Wendy Bell thinks this is a terrible idea because technology, which is supposed to make life easier, has put us in a time where we don't know how to communicate with each other.
