Pittsburgh (Newsradio KDKA) - The Marvel tentpole release Eternals earned a respectable $161.7 million global haul in its worldwide opening, the second highest opening in the pandemic era (behind only F9: The Fast Saga's 163 million). Normally this would be cause for celebration but when we're talking about a movie carrying the marvel banner the result seems like a bit of a mixed bag. The question will be will Eternals have the same long theatrical legs as Marvel's other recent hits.
