A great weekend for a few Ed Sheeran fans was made Perfect after he stopped at a local pizza place.
Sheeran showed up to Caliente Pizza & Drafthouse’s Crafton location on Saturday afternoon before his big show at Acrisure Stadium.
He surprised fans by handing out 50 pizzas of his own creation and there was a little extra treat for those lucky enough to get one, two tickets to see him later that night.
The pizza “Ed’s Pie” is currently available for a “very limited” time.
The pizza has “Crushed plum tomato sauce, Calabrese soppressata roasted pepper medley, fresh mozzarella & provolone” on it.
Sheeran even got in on the act, making some of the pizzas himself.
Elista with 100.7 Star was there and spoke to one of the lucky few who got a pizza, featuring Sheeran’s face on the box.
Doug told Elista he found out Sheeran was making the surprise visit only an hour before on social media, which is how most people found out.
He was even more surprised when he saw the two floor seats for the show later that evening.
When it comes to the pizza box with Sheeran’s face on it, Doug doesn’t know if he’s going to keep it or test the market on eBay.
