INDIANA, Pa. (Newsradio 1020 KDKA) - A missing woman and her two young children have been found after she made a frantic phone call Monday night.
31-year-old Alicia Brumbaugh and her 1 and 2-year-old children were last seen Monday in Blair County.
They're were with 56-year-old Edgar Decker Jr. in a black 2005 Chevrolet Avalanche.
A passerby called 911 Tuesday morning after spotting the Chevy and the car was pulled over. Decker was taken into custody.
Police say Brumbaugh made the phone call late last night from the parking lot of Walmart in Indiana, PA.
Police said Tuesday morning Brumbaugh along with here children were "OK".
